* Our participating guests must have a valid Multi (Multiple Entry) Schengen visa or at least a two-entry Romanian visa for the duration of the tour. (Green Passport holders are exempt from visa.)
* It is sufficient to have Euros for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour. The guide will assist you in converting money to local currency areas.
* Guests who want to get the Gala Dinner extra on our New Year's tours must pay the Gala Dinner fee during the tour registration.
* Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is useful to have a cardigan, etc., with you for the night.
* In our tours, rotation (seat change) is applied in seat planning on a daily basis, and fixed seats and front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the guide in the vehicle.
* When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum stay of 3 days in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
* Free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1-liter Alcoholic drinks (excluding alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters Alcoholic drink (% Alcoholic beverages containing less than 22 alcohol (including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Make-up or Skin Care Products: 5 pcs, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
* Depending on the weather and road conditions in the tour program, the guides can make changes in the program flow, provided that they show every place specified in the program.
* Our guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. If the tour date is less than 30 days, a 30% penalty is applied, and if it is 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied. Unfortunately, the hospital report, workplace permit documents, etc. submitted together with the participant cancellation request, are not accepted in the cancellation of the hotel they will stay outside of Turkey and the services they will receive.
* Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If there is not enough participation for the tour, the last date of cancellation notification is 20 days before the tour departure. Tour canceled due to lack of participation will be notified by TALYA TUR.
* In cases where only category information is given without specifying the name in the tour program and/or there is an option for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by TALYA TUR 2 days before the tour departure.
* During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels can be used at a distance of more than the specified km. In such a case, TALYA TUR will inform you 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
* 3-person rooms can be given according to the availability of the hotels, and the beds allocated to the third person in these types of rooms are smaller than the standard beds. Rooms for 3 people consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are made up of on-off beds and couch beds, the tour participant is deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion and bed type that may be experienced in the rooms for the reservation of 3rd person and/or child. Child discounts are valid for a single child –who fits the age group – staying with 2 adults.
* Among the services included in the tour program, the breakfasts taken at the hotel are served with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, which is generally called continental breakfast, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, and can be served in a separate lounge allocated to the group for groups.
* Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of 2-3 hours at most that do not include entrances to museums and ruins, which are organized for the general promotion of cities and are made panoramically with in-car guide narration. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not allowed to be visited by the local authorities on the day and time coinciding with the tour, if they are not allowed due to roads closed due to any activity or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. TALYA TUR is not responsible for the failure to do so. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot, if possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
* The waiting time may exceed the standards at the customs gates that are passed by road during travel, and TALYA TUR cannot be held responsible for the negativities experienced due to these waiting times.
* Extra tours are organized by the local TALYA TUR, from which we receive service, with the condition of participation of at least 20 people. Excursions cannot be made if a sufficient number is not provided, or the prices of the extra trips, the content, and the vehicle to be used vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the tours can be changed by the guide according to the open/closed conditions of the museums and archaeological sites and weather conditions.
* Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at an available resting facility on the road. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside resting facility before the extra tour starts and are picked up from the point where they left off after the tour is completed.
* Check-in and boarding procedures required for people participating in air tours are personal transactions and must be done by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online on the websites of the airline companies.
* TALYA TUR is not responsible for the inability of people who are not present at the airport at the times specified by TALYA TUR to participate in the tour, who do not have their check-in and boarding procedures done on time, who have their check-in and boarding procedures done on time, but who do not board the plane. All expenses incurred for round-trip new plane tickets and transfers in the destination region, which will be required to be included in the tour, belong to the people who missed the flight.
*TALYA TUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and private flights, or the hours may change prior to the current trip and flight. TALYA TUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepted the risk of the time change and bought the trip.
* Vehicle types are determined according to the number of people on each tour.
