After having breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we go to Cunda Island. We visit this charming island, which is a fascinating place with its narrow cobblestone streets, old Greek houses and colorful cafes. After visiting the Taksiyarhis Church, which was restored by the Koç family and turned into a museum with toys and antique cars, as a continuation of the Rahmi Koç Museums in Istanbul and Ankara, we take a break at the 150-year-old Taş Kahve and then head to Bergama. In Bergama, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list, we first start with Asklepion, one of the oldest known healing centers of ancient times, where the first foundations of the science of pharmacy were laid and dedicated to Asklepios, the god of healing. During our visit accompanied by our guide, we will have detailed information about the treatment methods and recovery cures applied to the patients here. After completing our tour of Asklepion, we go to the Acropolis, which means "upper city", to visit the Ancient City of Pergamon. We reach the cable car station, which will take us to the Acropolis, with a panoramic view of Kızılavlu, which is one of the "Seven Churches", which is considered sacred for Christianity, and takes its name from the color of the building stone used in its construction. After a short cable car ride, you will see Hellenistic ruins such as palaces and water cisterns from the pre-Roman period, as well as the Temple of Trajan, placed like a crown on top of the city, the second largest library in the world after Alexandria, where parchment paper was first used, and the oldest library in the ancient world. We visit the Pergamon Theatre, one of the steep theatres, and listen to the sad story of the Zeus Altar, one of the most famous works of sculpture of the Hellenistic age, where the original is exhibited in the Berlin Pergamon Museum today, from our guide, and get in our vehicle to go to Foça. Then we move to Eski Foça. Herodotus's famous saying about Old Foça and the people of Foça: They founded their cities in the most beautiful sky and the most beautiful climate we know on earth. We are exploring this charming Aegean town, a land of beauty, with our guide. First, we have the opportunity to see the stone house, which is the oldest Persian mausoleum in Anatolia. After listening to the information our guide will give, we continue our pleasant tour in the city center. Archaic city walls (Herodotus Wall) and city gate, Historical Five Doors Castle and Kayalar Mosque are among the places we will visit. We tour the streets of Foça among the cobblestone streets and historical Greek houses and move to Izmir Airport to return to Antalya. We return to Antalya with the Sun Express flight at 22:00 and say goodbye to meet at the next event.
